Mindset offers coaching for groups and individuals for both managers and their employees with some of our most experienced coaches. Coaching is an effective way of working with personal development, both at work and privately. Some common effects of coaching are more motivation, a clearer direction for development and increased precision in prioritization.

The goal and focus of coaching

The goal is to broaden and deepen awareness connected to choices, opportunities and problem solving. You receive guidance toward a deeper insight into yourself and an awareness of your actions and behaviors.
The focus is on the group’s or your own goals and an action plan is created in order to get awareness of what is productive in your specific situation and at work. The result is having more energy for the right things and using your competence in a better way.

You will work with yourself, your learning, your presentations—you set your own goals. From the coach, you get support, reflection, tools and a sounding board.
