System Requirements

The course requires that your computer has sound and flash installed and that you have a broadband connection to the Internet.

Conditions

The fee provides unlimited access for one user over a period of 6 months. Registration is binding, and cancellations are not accepted after a username and password have been sent from Mindset. Payment is due immediately after registration. Period of payment is 20 days. Statutory VAT will be added to the price. The user is responsible for ensuring system requirements are met before registration.

FAQs

Why is nothing happening when I try to log in?
Type in your username and password carefully. We recommend that you copy the information from the e-mail and paste it in the login box. Also make sure that your license is still valid.

When I try to start the demo or click on “Start module” nothing happens. Why?
Make sure that you don’t have a pop-up blocker open. Internet Explorer has one built in. Also, some other programs like Google Toolbar have a pop-up blocking function.

The window for the demo and the modules opens but I don’t see anything. Why?
Make sure that you have Flash version 7 installed. To check to see if you have that version or to download a free version click here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

How many times can I perform the training program?
You have access to the course for 6 months, under which time you can take the course as many times as you like.
