Lantmännen – performance management

In this production the managers’ and employees’ performance and abilities are put in focus through scenario based training. An additional focus point has also been to show the effects of a well functioning performance management system and how it is connected to the company’s strategies and goals.



TeliaSoneras own project model

The challenge: To get all project workers at TeliaSonera to use the organization’s project model. The Solution: Easy-to-use, interactive and internet based training that gives general knowledge of TeliaSonera’s project model



TeliaSonera Competence ladder

The challenge to create a baseline and a dialogue around project manager competence at TeliaSonera led to a competence ladder. Via this “ladder” a project manager can take an inventory of their competence and maturity based on earlier training, project experience and which type of projects they have worked on – in order to then develop competence towards international IPMA certification.



User-guides at TeliaSonera

Certain functions on a homepage are worth investment in awareness raising and education in order to increase usage and reduce the need for support. This was a concept TeliaSonera took hold of and developed a self-service web tool with Mindset. The solution has the dual role of making life easier for customers and serving as internal training for customer service agents. Click here to try the product ( in Swedish)


A global introduction

ITT Water and Wastewater have chosen to invest in an extensive e-based element as a clearly defined part of their training and education strategy. The current training course has been taken over 16000 times in little more than a year. At ITT the value of reducing total costs for training and ensuring a common presentation of the company is understood. The training has been supplied in eight languages.



A part of a global cross selling project

Over the last few years ITT Water and Wastewater have conducted a series of integrations in which a large number of new products have been added to the portfolio. Together with ITT, Mindset has developed both traditional sales training and extensive product- and application-training to ensure a global spread of knowledge and, through this, a better sales result. The training has been delivered in eight languages.
