How does it work?
1. The survey is sent by e-mail and is opened directly in the browser.
2. The respondent answers the questions anonymously – the survey takes 5-15 minutes to complete
3. The results are compiled and illustrated with various graphs and charts, which provide a pedagogic view of the average perception in a particular area, and also show the distribution of answers
4. The results allow easy identification of the focus areas for improvement initiatives. You can then define improvement goals and formulate an action plan.
Finally, we recommend that you conduct a similar survey regularly (annually, for example), in order to assess whether or not the action plan is working.
