Terms - Public Courses

 

Course fees

Course fees include course documentation and meals. Any
accommodation costs will be charged additionally (for more
information call 08-586 388 00). Payments terms are 30 days.
All prices exclude statutory VAT. Latest payment date is ten days
before the course start.

Cancellation

Registration is binding for the course participant’s company from
the time that Mindset accepts the booking and sends confirmation
that the participant has been admitted to the course.

Cancellation shall always be made in writing to Mindset. If the
cancellation is made 4 – 2 weeks before the course start date,
50% of the course fees will be payable.

If the cancellation is made 2 – 0 weeks before the course start
date,100% of the course fees will be payable.

If a participant is unable to attend, the course place can be
transferred to another member of the same company after
consultation with Mindset.

If the course is re-scheduled 4 – 0 weeks before the course
start date a fee of 500 SEK will be payable.

Mindset withholds the right to cancel a course in which case all
paid course fees will be refunded. Additional compensation will
not be made.
