Leading as a Non-Manager gives you a grounding in communication and an understanding of what impact it has on you and others. You gain theories and tools that give you a greater understanding of yourself and of how you can lead and influence others. Through practical exercises, you learn to use coaching and feedback as natural tools, and you also learn to handle conflicts. In addition, you gain techniques for effectively controlling discussions.

The course is aimed at those whose job comes with no formal management or personnel responsibilities, but who are responsible for leading, supporting and developing individuals and groups.
No previous knowledge is necessary.
