We created a common structure as high capacity and logistics are crucial to success. The challenge, of course, was that all target groups (6,700 employees) had to go through this process, with the focus on maintaining production.
The program's emphasis on practice and reflection strengthens engagement. Ambassadors have been created as carriers of security thinking on a wide scale. We have now entered the next phase of follow up days for groups that have gone through, as it is an ongoing journey that needs to be constantly kept alive.
