This was four years after Mindset started development programs for their managers at all levels, from supervisors to CEOs. The initiative at Peab has also been awarded gold in Exellence in Leadership Development by the Brandon Hall Group.
The training is in a hybrid format that combines physical and virtual meetings spread over time, with a focus on practical application in the business. Participants are trained in real cases and process issues from their daily lives. In this way, we train each level of manager based on their context, in both WHAT to do and HOW to do it.
